How to contact a patient

If you need to get a message to a patient, you can call 020 7486 1234 and leave a message with the switchboard operator/receptionist. Your message will be transcribed and will appear on the television screen in the patient’s room.

Alternatively, if you wish to speak to a patient, you can ask the switchboard operator/receptionist to put you through to the patient’s room.

To send us a message, you can use the following form. If you send your message between Monday and Thursday, you’ll receive a response within 24 hours. If you send it on Friday, we’ll get back to you by Monday evening.
