Patient Feedback
Patient Satisfaction Surveys
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement we obtain feedback from our patients. Patient satisfaction surveys are given to all our inpatients and day care patients as the quality of the patient experience can only be assessed by patients. This information remains anonymous and is reviewed monthly and is shared throughout the hospital.
