Our vision is to deliver a premier and innovative healthcare service which adheres to the very highest standards of care and clinical excellence, whilst preserving the rights and dignity of our patients, giving our employees the opportunity to grow and develop professionally, our consultant users outstanding support and facilities and our shareholders growing returns on investment.
We will achieve this by:
- Enhancing the reputation of The Princess Grace Hospital as a Centre of Excellence through successful partnership with our key stakeholders: patients, medical staff, and employees, within the hospital and throughout HCA International.
- Working with each of our stakeholders to build on the inclusive Governance, Quality and Communication Programme that ensures practice and process is measurable and monitored in all areas of our business.
- Promoting an effective circle of communication between patients, employees and consultants, and enhancing teamwork at all levels.
- Ensuring focus on clinical governance is maintained to ensure compliance and an enhanced environment in which to provide the highest standards of care to our patients.
- Working with the Health Care Commission regulators to ensure that the facilities and services of The Princess Grace Hospital demonstrate the commitment and excellence of service provided for our patients, doctors and staff.
